My name is Maria Abril, and I come from the Philippines. With 47 years of experience in the field of education, I have had the privilege of working in various private and international schools across the Philippines, Vietnam, and Myanmar. Throughout my career, I have been involved in the establishment of several schools in these countries, where I have also introduced and implemented library automation systems alongside my teaching responsibilities.
My passion lies in working with preschool children because I firmly believe that early childhood education plays a vital role in fostering confidence, independence, and a love for learning in young minds. These foundational skills are essential as children transition to the big school.
Outside of school, I enjoy experimenting with recipes from different cultures and indulging in watercolor painting as a creative outlet.
