Hello, my name is Rey, and I am an experienced educator with a passion for teaching. With over a decade of teaching experience across three diverse countries – the Philippines, Thailand and Myanmar – I have had the privilege of working with students from both primary and secondary levels. In myanmar, I served as the head of the Social Studies department while simultaneously teaching History and Geography to primary and secondary students from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, I had the opportunity to work at ateneo de Davao University, a prestigious Jesuit institution in the Philippines. I then ventured into the international school realm in Bangkok, where I taught Science, English and Social Studies in a bilingual environment for three years.

What matters to me as a teacher is fostering a classroom culture that values diversit, inclusivity, and respect for one another. I believe in cultivating an environment where all students feel safe to express themselves and learn at their own pace.
